Upon playing this Special the card is positioned next to the character playing it as a marker that its Special ability is in effect. It allows the Character to place one additional card, as specified on the text of the card, for future use. As additional BR Specials get drawn and played, they in turn may be played similarly. If a Special is played that affects placed cards, the played BR Specials are not affected since they are considered "in play." However, the cards placed would be affected. Players should be careful that if this Special is placed, it does not mean it is in play. The Battle in which this card is drawn is not when the additional placed cards may be put on the Character, the additional cards can only be placed during the placing phase.
Meta Rules
Meta #19 A card that is playable from Reserve may be kept in hand without having to place it to the Reseve Character.
Meta #72 If a Special grants a Character an ability, then the negation of that Special will remove that ability from the Character. However, any cards which were already positioned or put into play because of the negated Special remain as they are until they are removed through natural progression of the game.
Meta #73 Specials which have a lasting duration remain in play and on the table. The Special card should be positioned next to the Character in a manner in which it is obvious that it is not Placed.
Meta #90 Specials which alter a Character's abilities/skills that have a lasting duration are discarded when the Character is K.O.'d. Should the Character be resurrected or brought back into play later in the game, the discarded Special would not be in effect. Specials with a lasting duration that do not alter a Character (but affect the opponent or a teammate(s), etc.) remain in play after the Character playing the Special has been K.O.'d.
