Original Home Base Ability
Team Overpower may Place Any-Character Specials and Aspects to HomeBase, using normal Placing rules. Only one of each card may be Placed. Any-Character Specials may be played by Any Character on team.
OverPower 2.0 Ruling
Starting in 2016, Team OverPower (and OverPower Toronto) can now place 1 Activator to the Homebase.
Team OverPower may place one Any Hero/Character Special card, one Activator card, and one Any Homebase Aspect card. Any Hero/Character Specials and Activators may be played by any Character on Team OverPower.
