Power Leech is a BY coded, Any Character Special card released in the Marvel IQ Overpower expansion. Power Leech must target a character, like an attack, and must successfully hit to take effect. When successful, Power Leech affects all cards in opponents 'hand' which includes those placed as well as physically in the player's hand. Power Leech can be avoided or negated.
