Starting in 2016, OverPower Toronto (and [[Team OverPower]]) can now place 1 Activator to the Homebase.

This also introduces an interesting scenario with Green Goblin and Dracula with their [[IC]] Special cards: OverPower Toronto can legally have 3 cards placed: an Activator card, Gauntlet Blasters/Explosive Pumpkins/Mesmerize/Lifeblood, and A-Next.
