The K2 Challenge happened on March 4 2017 at The Atherton Hotel, 125 South Atherton Street in State College, Pennsylvania. The format was Swiss + Elimination rounds and used the Standard OverPower Legion rules along with Devourer Dump, the Activator rule for Team OverPower, and the new rule allowing A-Next to be placed on any homebase. The finalists were Nick Spivak and Jonathan Lewis with Jonathan Lewis winning the tournament.
