Installing OverPowerOnline on Windows Vista/Windows 7 is more complicated than installing it on Windows XP.

  1. Download OverPowerOnline from here
  2. Double-click "OverPowerOnline_v2.5.3.exe" to extract it, it doesn't matter where you extract it to.
    • If will probably say the program wasn't installed properly. Ignore it by saying it was installed properly.
  3. Open the folder where you extracted it to, there should be a OverPowerOnline_v2.5.3 folder.
  4. Double-click "System32 Package.exe" to extract the needed DLL files to run it.
  5. To run OpDeck:
    • For Windows Vista, your only option is to Right Click and Run as Administrator.
    • For Windows 7, you can either Right Click and Run as Administrator or set compatibility mode to Windows XP (Service Pack 3)
      • Right Click, Properties, Compatibility, Compatibility mode, check Run this program in compatibility mode for: and choose Windows XP (Service Pack 3)
    • Apparently, you only need to do the above steps once. Windows should remember the settings after it loads.
  6. Now you can double-click "OpDeck.exe" to load the deck-builder application.
  7. To run OpOnline:
    • For Windows Vista, your only option is to Right Click and Run as Administrator.
    • For Windows 7, you can either Right Click and Run as Administrator or set compatibility mode to Windows XP (Service Pack 3)
      • Right Click, Properties, Compatibility, Compatibility mode, check Run this program in compatibility mode for: and choose Windows XP (Service Pack 3)
    • Apparently, you only need to do the above steps once. Windows should remember the settings after it loads.
  8. Now you can double-click "OpOnline.exe" to load the game client. Make sure to go to Tools > Settings and set the User Name/ID to something other than Leon.
