Homebase Ability
Team Overpower may Place Any-Character Specials and Aspects to HomeBase, using normal Placing rules. Only one of each card may be Placed. Any-Character Specials may be played by Any Character on team.
Trivia
The people on the card were members of what is known as the Reserves, a group of players who were responsible for play testing new cards and new meta rulings. Duncan Yuen is the person on the left.
