Specials which define someone's Hits to K.O. to be a certain amount (e.g., 'Increase to 30') actually give a bonus of the number of points that are granted to the Hits to K.O. (in the above example, an extra 10 points). Therefore if one had both an 'Increase to 30' Special in play and a 'Hits to K.O. are +2' in play, the hits to K.O. would be 32.
