Contents
Original Home Base Ability
OverPower Toronto may Place 'Any Hero/Character' Specials and 'Any Homebase' Aspects to HomeBase, using normal Placing rules. 'Any Hero/Character' Specials may be played by any Character on OverPower Toronto.
OverPower 2.0 Ruling
Starting in 2016, OverPower Toronto (and Team OverPower) can now place 1 Activator to the Homebase.
OverPower Toronto may place one Any Hero/Character Special card, one Activator card, and one Any Homebase Aspect card. Any Hero/Character Specials and Activators may be played by any Character on OverPower Toronto.
This also introduces an interesting scenario with Green Goblin and Dracula with their IC Special cards: OverPower Toronto can legally have 3 cards placed: an Activator card, Gauntlet Blasters/Explosive Pumpkins/Mesmerize/Lifeblood, and A-Next.
Trivia
The people on the card were the attendees at the first OverPower 2.0 meetup in Toronto on December 30, 2010.
