The October 2013 Toronto OverPower Tournament happened on October 19 2013 at Dueling Grounds, 1193 Bloor Street West in Toronto, Ontario. The format was Swiss + Elimination rounds and used the Standard OverPower Legion rules. The finalists were Michael Sutton and Garion Sutton with Michael Sutton winning the tournament.

Swiss Rounds

There was an error made during the first Swiss round and erroneously marked Michael Sutton with a loss and Matt Glover with a win, which led to different brackets for the second Swiss round.
