Devourer of Worlds is an Any Hero/Character special released in the X-Men OverPower expansion.
Official Rulings
Devourer of Worlds:
- Cannot be negated at any time.
- Can be removed from play with a KL special since it contains the text 'remainder of game'.
- May be attacked by Activators even if there are cards in play that prevent certain icons from being used to attack (e.g. Shockwave Rocks The World event).
- Must be discarded as unusable if not playing against a Battlesite.
OverPower 2.0 Rulings
Since Peace Bridge Tournament 2015 there is a new rule in effect with how Devourer of Worlds can be attacked. Specifically, Devourer of Worlds may be attacked with up to 4 Activators at a time.
