There are 90 new [[Special Cards]], 2 new [[Character Cards]] that have been confirmed. There has been speculation about new Mission and Event cards but no information has been discovered. Beyonder would have been reprinted to reflect a proper inherent ability. Galactus would have been reprinted to give him an 8 Intellect and modify his inherent ability to lower his point total to 24 for tournament deckbuilding.

==Legality==
The legality of the '''Marvels OverPower''' expansion varies. Some groups prefer to play OverPower with the official printed cards and do not consider the Marvels to be legal. Other groups like the new variety of special cards, especially the ones that make characters more useful. The [[OverPower Toronto|Toronto]] group of players have decided that the Marvels are legal at tournaments and meetups.
