Since winning the title "The White King of OverPower", I have had several requests for positions within my inner circle. My son, Brendon, wanted the title "White King Junior." Matthew (to whom I owe a great portion of credit for my winning deck) wanted the title "White Bishop" since he was advisor to the King. My daughter, Megan, wanted to be "The White Queen" but when hearing that that position was already taken, then "The White Princess." (!?) I don't know how Duncan Yuen is handling populating his court,
but I have decided that positions should be earned, not given.
"Survival of the Fittest" as Apocalypse might say.
So I am offering positions within the ranks of the White King based on
battles in the tournaments I will be running between now and the
1999 Nationals. In each tournament: These titles, once earned are good until the 1999 Nationals. For those of you interested in earning first choice on which pawn position you want to be (e.g. "The White King's Rook Pawn of OverPower") attend our first tournament! |
