The October 2013 Toronto OverPower Tournament happened on October 19 2013 at Dueling Grounds, 1193 Bloor Street West in Toronto, Ontario. The format was Swiss + Elimination rounds and used the Standard OverPower Legion rules. The finalists were Mike Sutton and Garion Sutton with Mike Sutton winning the tournament.
